§ 96.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PARKS. Means and include all recreational properties owned and controlled by the city of Union, Oregon, or recreational properties available for use of the public within the city of Union.
