§ 70.01 PURPOSE.
   Subject to the provisions of this chapter and Oregon law, Class I, II and IV All-Terrain Vehicles may be operated on designated city streets subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth under O.R.S. 821.200. This chapter does not apply to or restrict vehicles under O.R.S. 821.191 used for agricultural purposes.
