The City Commission of Union, Kentucky hereby authorizes the City Treasurer, with the assistance of the City Attorney, to file in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction, an action to collect any ad valorem tax, penalty interest, or any other charges related thereto, and to recover all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred to collect same.
