§ 91A.05 REPAIR OF UNSAFE SIDEWALKS.
   Easements granted for installation and maintenance of sidewalks. By installing a sidewalk in the city right-of-way the installer and all subsequent owners of the adjacent real property are deemed to have been granted an easement for purposes of installing and maintaining sidewalks as well as maintenance and repair of the sidewalk.
