It is the policy of the City of Union, Kentucky (“city”) to invest public funds, consistent with the provisions of § 33.27, in a manner which will provide the highest investment return with the maximum security of principal while meeting the daily cash flow demands of the city and conforming to all state statutes and City regulations governing the investment of public funds.
