§ 33.06 EXPENDITURES BY CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
   The City Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to have the authority to expend up to $1,000 on public works projects without first obtaining City Commission approval, upon receiving written approval from the Director of Public Works.
