(A) That the Economic Development Committee shall consist of six (6) members; said members being either a citizen of the City of Union, Kentucky, or persons who own a business in the City of Union, Kentucky and must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The members shall be appointed by the Union City Commission and shall serve staggering terms with three (3) members serving January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2018. All subsequent terms beginning on or after January 1, 2017 shall be for a period of four (4) years.
(1) The following members are hereby appointed to serve on the Economic Development Committee through December 31, 2016: Brent Gross, Bryan Turner and Karen Franxman.
(2) The following members are hereby appointed to serve on the Economic Development Committee through December 31, 2018: Matt Apke, Steve Harper, and Garrick Staub.
(B) That the Economic Development Committee members shall assist the City Commission in the Economic Development of the City of Union, Kentucky.
