§ 151.07 CONDITIONS WARRANTING FINDING OF UNFITNESS.
   (A)   The city officer may determine that a structure is unfit for human habitation, occupancy or use if he finds that conditions exist in such structure which are dangerous or injurious to the health, safety or morals of the occupants of such structure, the occupants of neighboring structures or other residents of the city.
   (B)   Such conditions may include the following (without limiting the generality of the foregoing):
      (1)   Defects increasing the hazards of fire, accident or other calamities;
      (2)   Lack of adequate ventilation, light or sanitary facilities;
      (3)   Dilapidation;
      (4)   Disrepair, structural defects;
      (5)   Uncleanliness.
