For the purpose of this schedule, the Business District of the village shall be deemed to include the following territory: all frontage on Broadway Street from High Street to Charlotte Street; all frontage on High Street to a point 100 feet easterly, and to a point 100 feet westerly from its intersection with Broadway Street; all frontage on Ellen Street to a point 100 feet westerly from its intersection with Broadway Street; all frontage on Hammond Street to a point 100 feet easterly from its intersection with Broadway Street; all frontage on Charlotte Street to a point 100 feet westerly from its intersection with Broadway Street.
