§ 77.05 REQUIREMENT OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   No person may operate a golf cart on city streets unless financial responsibility is in effect with respect to the golf cart as provided under I.C. 9-25-4-4 (as it now reads or may be amended in the future).
