§ 77.02 UNLAWFUL OPERATION OF A GOLF CART.

It shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart on any city street except as specifically authorized by this chapter. Any person who operates a golf cart in violation of the regulations set forth in this chapter shall be subject to penalty as set in § 70.99 of this code.
