§ 32.90 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Department of Economic Development, controlled by the Economic Development Commission, is hereby created and granted all powers and duties of such Department and such Commission as set forth in I.C. 36-7-11.9 and 36-7-12 (collectively, the “Act”).
