§ 31.01 MEMBERS; ELECTION.

(A) The Common Council shall be composed of five members, four of which shall be elected from districts and one of which shall be elected at-large. (Ord. 92-13, passed 12-28-92)

(B) The Common Council shall be elected pursuant to the election laws of the state. (Ord. 81-9, passed 9-28-81)
