§ 155.03 OWNERS OF PROPERTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR APPLICATIONS.
   The owners of real estate and tangible personal property within the economic revitalization area shall be solely responsible for the timely and accurate submission of any and all applications required for tax deductions authorized under this chapter and for any associated application fees or other charges.
