§ 155.01 DESIGNATION OF REVITALIZATION AREAS.

   The City of Union City does hereby declare and designate all areas within Union City, Randolph County, Indiana, that are zoned "M" as economic revitalization areas as defined by IC 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq. (1988 Amendment). A map of the area zoned "M" is attached to Res. 89-R3, passed 11-13-89, is marked as Exhibit "A", and is incorporated herein by reference.
