(A) When an Enforcement Officer finds that an emergency exists with reference to a violation of the provisions of this subchapter, which requires immediate action in order to protect the public health, the Enforcement Officer may issue a notice demanding prompt or immediate action.
(B) Any person to whom such a notice is directed shall have the right to request a hearing before the Board of Public Works and Safety, which shall occur as soon as possible.
(C) After considering the evidence presented in response to a notice issued by an Enforcement Officer requiring abatement of an emergency situation, the Board of Public Works and Safety shall take any action permitted in § 150.15(C)(1).
