The regular meeting date and time for the Common Council shall be at 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month; the meeting time and date may be changed or varied by majority Council approval. Meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the applicable statutes (IC 36-4-6-10 through 36-4-6-17) and in accordance with the following rules which are hereby adopted as part of this chapter.
