§ 130.06 FIREARMS.
   (A)   Except as provided in division (C) and (D) below, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol, sling shot, bow and arrow, or any other firearm not specifically mentioned above, within the corporate limits of the municipality.
   (B)   No person shall intentionally, with or without malice, point or aim any firearm or other instrument included in division (A) above, at or toward another person or discharge any such instrument so pointed or aimed.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to any case in which firearms, sling shots or bows and arrows are used in self-defense, in discharge of an official duty or in a situation which would result in an authorized defense of another person or justifiable homicide.
   (D)   This section does not extend to cases in which BB guns, other air guns, sling shots or bows and arrows are used under adult supervision in such a manner which would assure the safety of other persons and property.
