§ 99.05 FIRE CHIEF RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT ON ACCOUNTS.
   The Fire Chief, or his or her designee, shall make an aggressive effort to assure that the accounts for services rendered by the emergency medical service are paid and shall work with the billing agent for the City of Union City, when necessary, to initiate small claims actions to recover balances due on these accounts.
