§ 99.04 ASSIGNMENTS ACCEPTED BY AMBULANCE SERVICE.

The city, by and through the ambulance service will accept a Medicare assignment, Medicaid assignment and Champus assignment for ambulance service charges and further agrees not to attempt to collect for the charges imposed upon a patient, for whom payment has been made under Medicare, Medicaid or Champus systems.
