The following department heads shall be appointed by the Mayor and serve at his or her pleasure pursuant to IC 36-4-11-2:
(A) Chief of Police as provided by IC 36-4-9-8(b)(4);
(B) Chief of the Fire Department as provided by IC36-4-9-8(b)(3);
(C) Director of Department of Public Works as provided by IC 36-4-9-8(b)(5);
(D) Director of Public Safety as provided by IC 36-4-9-8(b)(5);
(E) City Attorney as provided by IC 36-4-9-8(b)(2).
