§ 95.30 OWNER'S LIABILITY TO CITY.

A property owner neglecting to comply with the notice to build or repair a sidewalk shall be liable to the city for all damages incurred by the city as a result of the failure to maintain the sidewalk which may be recovered against the city for any accidents or injuries occurring by reason of this neglect.
