§ 95.27 NOTICE OF UNSAFE SIDEWALK.
   If the Board of Works determines that the owner of a property inside the city limits is responsible for an unsafe sidewalk, the Board of Works may direct the City Manager to notify the owner, in writing, that the owner has 30 days in which to correct the unsafe condition.
