§ 30.01 CITY GOVERNMENT COMPOSED OF FIVE BRANCHES.
   The government of the city shall consist of five branches, those being:
   (A)   The executive branch (IC 36-4-5);
   (B)   The legislative branch (IC 36-4-6);
   (C)   The fiscal branch (IC 36-4-10);
   (D)   The judicial branch; and
   (E)   The statutory boards and commissions.
