§ 90.15 KEEPING OF WILD AND DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor, keep or permit to be kept on his premises any wild animal or dangerous animal, whether gratuitously or for a fee, unless the animal is restrained in the manner set out in § 90.16(B), notice of the existence of this animal is provided as set out in § 90.16(C) and the owner or harborer has secured liability insurance as required by § 90.16(D). This section shall not be construed to apply to zoological parks, performing animal exhibitions, or circuses.
   (B)    It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor or keep any wild animal as a pet, unless a permit is granted by applicable state and federal authorities, if required.
