(A) It shall be unlawful for an owner or harborer of any dog, cat or other animal to cause or permit an animal nuisance. Any animal found acting in any way forbidden by this chapter shall be declared a nuisance and it's owner or harborer shall be guilty of harboring a nuisance.
(B) No person, firm or corporation shall allow a livestock nuisance to exist on property within their possession or control within the municipality.
