(A) It shall be unlawful for any person traveling on roller skates, sleds, toy vehicles, or similar devices, to go upon a roadway at any time except while crossing a street at a crosswalk unless the roadway has been roped off by the proper municipal authorities to prohibit motor vehicle traffic.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person traveling upon a bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle to cling to, or attach himself or his vehicle to any other moving vehicle or street car upon any roadway in the city.
(C) No person shall ride or drive a motor vehicle upon any cement sidewalk.
