§ 71.52 ALLEYS AND PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS.
   The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building shall stop the vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway.
