§ 54.07 APPEAL; HEARING.

Should any person, firm, partnership, or corporation disagree with the determination of the City Engineer they shall present the Board of Public Works and Safety with a notice of said disagreement. The Board within ten days shall hold a hearing for the presentation of evidence, at which time the Board may affirm or reverse the decision of the City Engineer.
