§ 54.02 MAP TO BE FURNISHED SHOWING LOCATION AND DIMENSION.

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation shall submit a drawing to the City Engineer whenever any new gas, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers, or other utility passes through any person's property or is connected to any utility of said city. Said person, firm, partnership, or corporation shall furnish the City Engineer and City Service Director a map showing the location and dimensions from lot lines and depth of said utility.
