§ 53.45 DEFINITION OF CITY WATERWORKS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the term "CITY WATERWORKS" shall refer to the head of the City Water Department and all employees and agents of the city working in the City Water Department, who are actually working within the scope of their employment.
