Specific pollutant limitations have been established to protect against pass through and interference. The following limitations are presented but do not limit the city from modifying the following specific discharge limitations or from developing and enforcing other specific discharge limitations that may or may not be included already in this Section. No person shall discharge wastewater containing, as monitored as a daily maximum limit, in excess of:

.5 mg/l Total Cyanide
1.3 mg/l Lead
.02 mg/l Mercury
12.1 mg/l Nickel
12.50 mg/l Total Chromium
20.00 mg/l Zinc
