§ 51.31 USERS MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY INFORMATION ON WASTEWATER FLOW CHARACTERISTICS.
   The city may require users of the treatment works, other than residential users, to supply pertinent information on wastewater flows characteristics. Such measurements, tests, and analysis shall be made at the users' expense. If made by the city an appropriate charge may be assessed to the user at the option of the city.
