§ 51.07 TAP INSPECTION PROGRAM AND FEE.
   (A)   Any tapping of a sewer main within the control of the Board of Works shall be done while a staff member of the Street Department is present.
   (B)   A fee of $50 per tap into the system shall be charged for inspecting any single-family residential zoned (R1) property.
   (C)   A fee of $100 per tap into the system shall be charged for inspecting any other property.
