§ 50.20 CONTRACTING FOR PICK-UP AND HAULING FOR HOMES, APARTMENTS, AND NONBUSINESS LIVING UNITS WITHIN CITY.
   The city shall continue, from time to time, to contract for the pick-up and hauling of garbage, trash, rubbish, and ashes, except that such contract shall only be for the benefit of homes, apartments, and nonbusiness living units within the city limits.
