§ 50.06 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OBTAIN DUMPSTER.
   (A)   The Mayor or his or her designee may advance the cost necessary to acquire the use of a dumpster from the current city trash collector.
   (B)   The cost of the dumpster shall then be paid by the homeowner in equal monthly payments over a period of three to six months.
   (C)   The homeowner shall execute a promissory note in favor of the city to guarantee the payment of the obligation. This note shall not bear interest for so long as there is no default on the obligation and shall bear interest at the legal rate following default.
   (D)   The unpaid portion of the financial obligation may be charged as a lien against the real estate following default.
