§ 38.01 ADA COORDINATOR.
   An ADA Coordinator shall be appointed by the Mayor for the purpose of assuring that the city complies with the spirit and intent of the ADA and shall assist the Clerk-Treasurer in the processing of any complaints under the grievance procedure set out herein. The appointment shall be published in the local newspaper.
