§ 150.04 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY.
   The Union City Board of Public Works shall be authorized to administer and to proceed under the provisions of said Unsafe Building Prohibited Ordinance in requiring the repair, removal, rehabilitation or demolition of any building found unsafe as specified hereafter.
