§ 35.02 APPLICATION OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AND OTHER REGULATIONS.

The Public Records Access Officer shall be guided by the Access to Public Records Act and amendments, if any; by state and federal law regarding privacy, confidentiality, and disclosure requirements of certain records; and by § 35.10 which exempts certain records from disclosure.
