§ 51.09 CROSS-CONNECTION AND BACKFLOW PREVENTION.
   (A)   The Common Council hereby adopts the current Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) guidelines for cross-connection control and backflow prevention. These policies are enumerated and set out in the document entitled Cross-Connection Control & Backflow Prevention Manual, which is incorporated herein.
   (B)   Any future revisions made to the Cross-Connection Control & Backflow Prevention Manual by IDEM will become effective upon the revision date.
