The Board of Park Trustees shall be governed by Ohio R.C. 755.19 to 755.43, which provides for the method of filling of vacancies, powers of the Board, compensation, oath and bond, meetings, rules and regulations, contracts, liability, employee of the Board, control of improvement of natural water courses, requirement of bids, bid bonds, sealed bids, awarding contracts, reports and estimates of the Board, joint use of fairgrounds, agreement for joint use, powers of the Municipality, and vacation and sale of park lands.
