The Board of Park Trustees shall consist of four resident electors of the Municipality, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, and shall serve without compensation for the term of four years. The Park Trustees shall be appointed in the first instance to serve for one, two, three and four years respectively, and thereafter their successors shall be appointed, one each year, to serve for the term of four years.
