1381.06 FEES FOR INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.
   Fees to be charged for pre-sale inspections and follow-up inspections for the issuance of certificates of occupancy shall be set as follows:
   Fifty dollars ($50.00) for the initial inspection and re-inspection after violations have been repaired. It the code official has to make more than two (2) inspections of the property, there shall be an additional charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) per additional inspection.
