To obtain a certificate of occupancy, all outstanding water and sewer bills for the property must be paid in full. Additionally, all unpaid charges owed to the City of Union related to the property (other than those assessments that have become liens as a result of legislative action by the City of Union, such as sidewalk, curb and gutter assessment) must be paid in full.
