$5,001 - $100,000 | $43.00 plus $4.80 for each $1,000 cost, or fraction thereof in excess of $5,001 |
$100,001 to $500,000 | $500.00 plus $1.80 for each $1, 000 cost or fraction thereof, in excess of $100,001 |
$500,001 and over | $1,220 plus $0.60 for each $1,000 cost, or fraction thereof in excess of $500,001 |
