145.06 EXTRA-TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF FIRE FIGHTERS.

Pursuant to mutual aid agreements, the power to exercise extra-territorial jurisdiction by the City fire fighters and EMS personnel, on land owned or leased by the City but lying outside the corporate limits, is hereby claimed.
