145.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

(a) There is hereby established a Department of Fire for the City, to be composed of a Fire Chief and such other personnel, as City Council from time to time determines to be necessary.

(b) Emergency Medical Services shall be a division of the Department of Fire.
