1312.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any lawful order issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day of noncompliance or on which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) The Municipality may institute injunction proceedings in Common Pleas Court to abate any violation of this chapter.
