Certain documents, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Building Official of the City, being marked and designated as 2011 Ohio Building Code and Related Codes, is hereby adopted as the 2011 Ohio Building Code and Related Codes of the City of Union, for the control of buildings or classes of buildings specified in Ohio R.C. 3781.06 as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Ohio Building Code and Related Codes are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
