The Planning Commission of the City shall hold such meetings as it may require and shall designate the time and place thereof. It shall adopt rules of procedure for its meetings and keep records of all its proceedings. Three members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business when all three members vote unanimously, but a lesser number may adjourn from time to time. The Commission shall make an annual report and such other reports as may be requested by Council. (Ord. 683. Passed 5-28-84.)
